Orion Proxies provides proxy services including residential and datacenter proxies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
3. User Obligations
Users agree to:

- Not use the service for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Not attempt to bypass, hack, or abuse the service infrastructure
- Not resell or redistribute proxies without written authorization
- Not engage in activities that violate third-party rights
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access attempts
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Child exploitation or illegal content distribution
- Copyright infringement or piracy
- Identity theft or fraud
- DDoS attacks or network disruption
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
5. Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Traffic/bandwidth is calculated based on usage
- Unused traffic may expire according to your plan terms
- All sales are final — no refunds will be issued
6. Service Level and Availability
While we strive for high uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or performance issues beyond our reasonable control.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Terminated accounts may not be eligible for refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
Orion Proxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
